You’ll also set up an Action Plan to help put your feedback and learnings into practice.

Categorize your Observer Feedback comments using two colored pens

On pages 36-38 of your DISC Profile Report, highlight with one pen color, what comments you expected.
Then with the second pen color, highlight those that surpised you.

Look for common themes

Make note of any similar comments you received, or themes that are consistent within your feedback.
