overview: the people side

Welcome to this part of your asynchronous internship class.

Continuing to build upon the DISC Profiling work you have done in your earlier classes, this goal of this program is to continue to develop your self-awareness and further apply DISC Profiling to your career planning and development.

We will utilize additional reporting capabilities relevant to career planning and start to look at how we can use DISC in the workplace to enhance communication and build stronger, more effective relationships with those we work with.

To prepare you for what’s ahead, we’ll cover

  • Why we’re doing this (watch the video below)
  • A refresher of DISC Profiling to prepare you for applying the model to your professional development
  • How to make the best use of your DISC Career Management Report for career planning
  • How you can use DISC in the workplace to work better with others
