Welcome to Team8 People’s Consultant Program Resources hub. This platform is designed to support your DISC accreditation training process, as well as continue to provide you with resources and tools to use with those you work to further the application and benefit.

getting the the people side right

As an experienced consultant, you know that the foundation of all professional and personal development is the same – it starts with strong self-awareness. This is why our accreditation process starts with you completing your own DISC Profile. In your initial training session/s with Bo Hanson, you will use your own report to build foundational awareness and understanding of DISC, before applying your knowledge to those you work with.

DISC Profiling is an effective way to expand your self-awareness, develop a comprehensive understanding of yourself and your personal style, as well as the people you interact with. In addition to providing your clients with the tools they need, undertaking the process yourself will support your own professional development and interpersonal skills to enhance your own performance as professional working in HR, L&D, leadership or team development; or as a coach, consultant, or psychologist.

The goal of this platform is to guide your understanding of what’s most important, and create a strong foundational understanding of DISC Profiling, so that you get more out of your one-on-one training consultations with Bo and can use those sessions to focus more on your intended application of DISC.

Included in this platform are training manuals and resources, examples of how others are using the assessments in different roles and environments, as well as facilitation guides to further support your work and utilisation of the assessment capabilities. Use these resources to build your knowledge and DISC repertoire to help those you work with learn how to be adaptable, build on their strengths, identify and address potential limiting behaviors, and improve your communication, relationships, and work with others.

To prepare you for what’s ahead, we’ll cover:
  • How to review your own DISC Profile Report and highlight key themes.
  • Cover the foundations of DISC Profiling to prepare you to apply it in your training consultations.
  • Get the most value by learning from the experiences and insights of industry professionals and consultants, and how they utilise DISC Profiling in their work.
  • Access tools and resources to support your training, expand your knowledge of DISC, and get more from the additional assessment reporting capabilities.
  • Continue to build on the application over time, to suit the needs of those you work with, with facilitation resources, activities, and additional resources.
