Preparing for your DISC Survey
Welcome, in preparation for completing your DISC Profile, please watch the video and read the below instructions.

Instructions for Completing your Survey
Step 1
As you are completing your DISC Survey think about how you behave within the context of a professional environment, or in a classroom setting if most appropriate to you.
Step 2
As you complete the survey, if you’re unsure of a word’s meaning, you can hover your cursor over that word, and other words with a similar meaning will be provided.
Step 3
The whole survey should take you no more than 10 to 12 minutes to complete. Go with your first instinctive response to the questions and you’ll get the most accurate answer. Some questions may be a little challenging to choose between and this is completely normal – just go with the response that is closest to you.
Step 4
Keep in mind there are no right or wrong
answers, and there are no correct or
incorrect responses. DISC is not a test.
DISC is simply a tool to help you understand your most consistent behaviors within the context of your role.
Complete Your DISC Profile Survey
Please complete ONE DISC Profile for your allocated online class from the options below and use your @ohio.edu email when registering to complete the survey.
If you have already completed a survey and cannot find the results or need it to be moved to a different class section, please reach out to temika.smith@team8.com.au and she will assist you.
Please note, payment methods accepted for purchasing your DISC Profile via the links below are Visa and Mastercard only.
If you are using a Visa or Mastercard and your payment is not processing, or you see a ‘suspected fraud’ or ‘invalid merchant’ message, it may be that your bank has an international block on your card (we are Australian based).
In order to remedy this, you will need to call your card provider who will lift the block, allow you to process payment, and then re-apply the block to your card shortly after. If they cannot do this, please reach out to temika.smith@team8.com.au and we can look at another option for payment.
