Learn how to use your DISC Profile to prepare yourself well for an interview and demonstrate your developed self-awareness to set you apart from other candidates. You can also use the DISC Model to help you identify what the interviewers’ likely DISC Profiles are too to enhance your communication.

Refer back to the earlier video on identifying behaviors of others. Use this as an advantage to identify an interviewer’s likely DISC Profile to help you tailor your answers and pitch your responses in a more effective way.
