Introduction to Team Dynamics

Learn the importance of understanding your team’s dynamic and what each member’s non-technical role is, as informed by their DISC Profile. We’ll also unpack how the DISC Styles make up a sample of a general population, and how the percentages differ between different roles. Bo Hanson also unpacks the question we often get asked, ‘Is there an ideal team dynamic?’, and what this looks like in terms of the distribution of DISC Profiles.
